What is the duration of each plan?

When you sign up with MOM, you can choose from the following options depending on the duration and frequency of meal delivery that suits your schedule: - 1 week, 4 weeks, 8 weeks.

Do you deliver every day of the week?

We deliver every day except on Saturdays.

What meal plans do you offer?

We have an extensive range of meal plans crafted by professional chefs. We offer the following hassle-free healthy meal plans: – Lunch & Dinner Plans – Weekly Meal Plan and Monthly Meal Plan. For more details, please visit this link – Hellomealsonme.com.

Can I commit to less than one month?

No problem. We provide a weekly delivery service from our MOM kitchen. Whilst this weekly meal delivery service doesn’t provide the same comprehensive benefits as MOM’s other longer plans, it still ensures you’ll get the same delicious taste and nutrition in every meal.

How many meals will I receive?

The number of meals you receive is dependent on the plan you have signed up for. We deliver 1-6 meals at once per day for all weekly/monthly plans.

Can I pause my Meal Plan?

Yes, you can pause your plan one time for a maximum of thirty (30) days. Any request to pause your Meal Plan must be submitted with a minimum notice period of two (2) business days. If the notice period is not respected, at least 1-day from your Meal Plan will be considered as “Paid Wastage” and will be deducted from your total plan days even if you selected not to receive the delivery on these days.

What if I am travelling or am unavailable to accept a meal?

You can call or notify us 2 days in advance and then start your plan again.

What about food allergies and other food preferences/dislikes?

When signing up on our website, we’ll ask you about your likes, dislikes, and allergies. We cannot cater to extreme allergies and food-related intolerance. Your meal plan will be designed around your preferences, giving you the freedom to select a daily meal that meets your needs.

Is there an option for me to choose the meals I want?

Yes, MOM lets you choose from 30 choices of meals every week. However, the choices vary for different meal plans.

Which areas do you deliver to?

We deliver healthy meals in most parts of UAE. However, at the time of subscription, please provide us with your exact delivery location. This will help us ascertain the availability of the delivery facility, as our delivery team can be busy in some of the zones.

Can it be delivered to my home or my office?

Yes. When completing our online sign-up form, please state your office address under the requested delivery information. If you wish to make changes to your delivery location, we require 2 business days’ notice.

How much will my plan cost?

Do you offer discounts?

How do I heat the meals from MOM?

You can simply heat MOM meals in a microwave.

Which oil is used for cooking the meals?

We mostly use olive oil, but also other healthy oils like walnut, almond, avocado, and corn.
