Meals On Me – is a monthly subscription-based meal plan which was conceived in 2018 by Melvin Rodrigues a Managing Partner of the company who realized that there is a gap in the market for customers who simply want to have delicious healthy and nutritious food – introducing a whole new approach to prepared food. A no-hype, no-hassle meal delivery service for busy people who want to eat well and perform at their best.

Its as easy as selecting your package and preferences. We handle the planning, shopping and cooking, using the highest quality ingredients. Our delivery team are dispatched to deliver your day’s meals. Spend more time doing the things you love and less time on your meal prep.

+What Makes MOMs Different?

M.O.M is designed for those who want to maintain a lunch routine with moderation and balance – but without the strict rules or fad diets because for healthy eating to become a way of life, it should be accessible, sustainable, inspiring and above all delicious. Each dish on the menu like our Chicken Stroganoff with Rye bread, Salmon grenobloise with garden vegetables or Grilled Chicken breast with orzo & capsicum – just to name a few, are curated very carefully by our culinary experts using the freshest ingredients available.

+When Can I Start?

We can start your plan in as little as three business days

+What Is The Duration Of Each Plan?

When you sign up with MOM’s, you can choose from the following options of duration and meal delivery frequency:

  • Trial week (valid 5 days a week delivery)
  • 20 days (5 days a week delivery)
  • 16 days (4 days a week delivery)
  • 12 days (3 days a week delivery)

+What Meal Plans Do You Offer?

We have four different meal plans, each designed by our specialized chefs

+Can I Commit To Less Than One Month?

No problem. We have a weekly delivery service from our MOMs kitchen. Whilst this weekly meal delivery service doesn’t exactly provide the same comprehensive benefits as MOMs, it still ensures you eat delicious, nutritious dishes every meal.

+How Many Meals Will I Receive?

Depending on the plan you sign up for, one meal is delivered as per request Trial week (valid 5 days a week delivery)

  • 20 days (5 days a week delivery)
  • 16 days (4 days a week delivery)
  • 12 days (3 days a week delivery)

+What If I Am Travelling Or Unavailable To Accept A Meal?

You’ll need to notify your account manager for your plan to be frozen. We need at least three business days to put your plan on hold. We’ll then add up the remaining days of your plan and re-start delivering your meals on your return.

+What About Food Allergies And Other Food Preferences/dislikes?

When signing up on our website, we’ll ask you about your likes, dislikes and allergies. Your meal plan will be planned around your preferences giving you the freedom to select your daily meal.

+Is There An Option For Me To Choose The Dishes I Want?

We will share the upcoming weeks menu every Thursday of the week giving you till Saturday 10am to select your daily dishes. Each week there will be a new menu so each week you will have to select your preferred dishes from the available list. If you fail to send your menu selection before Saturday 10am we will auto select your menu for the upcoming week and share the menu with you Saturday afternoon

+Which Areas Do You Deliver To?

We deliver throughout Dubai

+What Time Will My Food Be Delivered?

Daily between 11:00 – 13:00

+Can It Be Delivered To My Home Or My Office?

Yes. When completing our online sign up form, please state your office address under the requested delivery information. If you wish to make changes to your delivery location, we require two business days notice.

+How Much Will My Plan Cost?

Each plan is individually priced. Our lowest plan starts from AED 22pd / 264pm for a 2 month plan 3 meals per week.

+How Can I Pay?

We accept cash, cards or cheques. You can pay online with your credit or debit card or if you prefer, you can drop off payment at our head office or request that our driver collect your payment from anywhere within Dubai.

+Do You Offer Discounts?

We do have several discounts on offer (Terms and Conditions apply): Launch special (15%-20% off); for signups during the first 4 month of MOMs launch Refer a friend (20% off for each referral upon renewal): as a thank you for spreading the word about MOM’s Corporates (10% off for your first month): for companies partnered with MOM’s (contact your company HR for more information or if you would like your company to be one of our corporate partners) Extended sign up (up to 10% off): for those who wish to sign up for plans lasting 8-12 weeks at a time

+How Do I Heat Up My MOM’s Meals?

Simply heat them in a microwave
