Partnering in the Meals on Me Transformation Program is subject to application review and approval by Meals on Me. Meals on Me reserves the right to accept or decline applications at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons for its decision.
Applicants must be Dubai-certified personal trainers and hold valid, up-to-date professional certification recognised in the United Arab Emirates. Proof of certification and licensing may be requested at any stage of the application or partnership period.
The partnership is based on participation in an 8-week structured transformation program, which includes group coaching sessions, regular client progress reviews, and scheduled check-ins as defined by Meals on Me.
Applicants must demonstrate proven client transformations and a verifiable professional track record. Supporting evidence, such as before-and-after results, testimonials, or documented case studies, may be required for evaluation.
Partners must be comfortable and experienced in coaching small groups in addition to conducting individual client check-ins. The ability to motivate, monitor progress, and manage group dynamics professionally is required.
Partners must be available to begin immediately upon approval and commit to the program schedule provided by Meals on Me, including training sessions, client follow-ups, and progress assessments. Failure to meet availability or performance expectations may result in termination.
Partners agree to maintain high professional standards and to represent the Meals on Me brand in a positive, ethical, and responsible manner. Any behaviour that may damage the brand’s reputation may result in immediate removal from the program.
All client data, program materials, operational processes, and internal communications must be treated as confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent from Meals on Me.
All branding materials, program structures, marketing assets, and proprietary content provided by Meals on Me remain the intellectual property of the company. They may not be reused, reproduced, or distributed without written authorisation.
Meals on Me reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the program, its benefits, or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Meals on Me may terminate the partnership at any time in the event of breach of these Terms & Conditions, misrepresentation of credentials or results, unprofessional conduct, or failure to meet program requirements. Partners may withdraw from the program by providing written notice, subject to the fulfilment of any ongoing client responsibilities.
Meals on Me shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from participation in the program.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
